1- Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at administracion@hetra.art or via WhatsApp/phone at +34 624 045 604. 

2- We will send you a Return Ticket (Return Authorization Number) along with

instructions for collection. 

3- Please include the Return Ticket inside the package, and make sure the item is

unused, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging. 

4- HETRA will cover the return shipping costs. 

5- Once your return has been received and inspected, our team will process a refund to your original method of payment. 

6-Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after the return is confirmed.
