Shorts made from ratier acetate linen with an elastic waistband and a drawstring in the same base fabric to adjust the fit. The leg opening features blue embroidery and a cross-stitch flower on each side. It has side pockets and one back pocket. The fit is relaxed, with small side slits for added comfort.
Matías Carbone trained in fashion at Universidad ABM and built a career that led him to serve as creative director of a menswear brand for a decade. After years of working as a consultant, in 2021 he launched his most personal project, CARBONE, where time, handcraft, and artisanal precision are at the core of each piece.
His work engages with communities across the country, reclaiming regional techniques and traditions through a contemporary lens. Through natural handwoven textiles, made-to-measure tailoring, and embroideries that tell intimate stories, he creates an honest aesthetic, far from ostentation. Inspired by memory and everyday life, his universe now transcends borders, with a presence at Paris Fashion Week and in international markets.
